Education holds the key to every nation’s success. So, it is imperative to make education accessible to all. However, many of our schools don't have enough books to educate their students. At Jindal Woollen, we associate with such schools and provide them with all the requisite texts books for their students. In some schools, we have also created many small libraries to house not just subject-related books, but also vocational and recreational books.

This way, the students can gain healthy reading habits and also prepare themselves for the real world at an early age. We believe that, when a school is equipped with enough books, it can bring out the best in every student.

A relevant percentage of our population lives below the poverty line. For them, food is nothing less than a luxury. To help those, Jindal Woollen regularly organises food donation drives. Organised in slum areas or underprivileged societies, the drives help those individuals and communities who find it difficult to get even a proper meal in a day, especially those with children in their families. For toddlers and children under 5 years of age, special food packages with milk, protein-rich pulses and items that have high mineral and vitamin contents are also provided. At Jindal Woollen, we believe that each and every individual has a right to a healthier life. With these food donation drives, we ensure to help individuals and societies access this basic right.

The sustenance of the environment is a responsibility we must shoulder with others. At Jindal Woollen, we pay our gratitude towards the environment by organising regular plantation drives at various housing societies, parks and other areas of Ludhiana. These plantation drives help us use our resources in the best possible manner as they impact many lives at once and pave a road for the betterment of the planet. Our plantation drives bring us closer to the environment and empower us to contribute towards a bigger cause.
