Packing-Dispatches

Ensuring efficient enclosing and protection

Once the products are made, the next stage of Packing-Dispatching comes into being. It refers to the technology that encloses and protects the products that are ready for distribution. The three-step process involves the design, evaluation and production of the packages so that the final products can be transported through logistics and reach the end-user.

The art of packaging has evolved over the decades. From paper, wooden barrels and woven bags to tinplate, transparent cellophane overwraps, packaging has come a long way. The current packaging procedures ensure 100% safety of the products. Addition of materials like aluminium and plastic strips have improved the performance and functionality of the packaging.

At our facility, we have the latest machinery in place to oversee the whole packaging of the products. Along with the best quality packaging for all sizes of products, this machine ensures that all other things associated with packaging, like style & weight, labelling on bales/cartons along with all shipment details, etc. also get covered.

There are usually two types of packaging that are being used in the textile industry, i.e. primary packaging and secondary packaging. The primary packaging is the material that first envelops the product and holds it in place. This is the kind of packaging that comes in direct contact with the product. The secondary packaging is outside the primary packages, commonly used to group them. The third kind of packaging, known as tertiary packaging, is generally used for bulk handling, warehouse storage and transport shipping.
